A variety of choices to fit your needs
You have three options for medical coverage, including a high-value plan that costs less and offers Company funding to your HSA. For many healthcare scenarios, this plan will save you the most money overall.

Family-focused benefits
From pre-conception to postpartum and throughout your parenting journey, Maven offers virtual care to support your family every step of the way. In addition, Maven offers virtual treatment for menopause. To further support your family-building goals, we offer fertility benefits up to $20,000 starting in 2025, without requiring an infertility diagnosis.

Benefits for injuries, illnesses and hospitalizations
Starting in 2025, short-term disability benefits provide 100% base pay for up to eight weeks—allowing you to focus on your recovery. Additionally, supplemental medical coverage from Lincoln Financial Group offers enhanced benefits.

Decision support as you make your benefit choices
As you enroll, you will meet “Nayya,” an online tool that makes personalized recommendations for benefits that meet your needs while optimizing your finances.
